BURT crane & rigging acquires Biondi Rigging Inc, expanding services in Upstate New York and New England.
Burt Crane is honored to announce the purchase of Biondi Rigging, Inc. Biondi has provided crane and rigging services in New York and New England for over two decades. A large part of Biondi’s business has been telecommunication construction and maintenance in addition to specialized rigging, hauling warehousing, crating and packaging.

BURT crane & rigging is celebrating its 40th year of continuous incorporation. While the family history of rigging dates back to 1870 it wasn’t until 2012 that Bridget Hubal (NYS Certified WBE and pending NYSDBE) and Thomas Scheib (Albany Business Review 40 under 40 Honoree) purchased BURT from their father Bill Scheib.
